Group Rates for Museum Tour and Racing Simulators

Tours and Simulators are available for the first hour of the event. 6 people may race simultaneously, and each race is 10 minutes long.

Museum Tours

12-17 people: $10

18-23 people: $9

24+ people: $8

Tour & Simulator Bundle

12-17 people: $22

18-23 people: $20

24+ people: $18

Racing Simulator

12-17 people: $12

18-23 people: $11

501(c)3 Discount:

The 501(c)3 Discount applies to the room charge only and does not include set-up, clean-up, or add-ons such as chairs and tables. This discount is not available if your event requires us to close the museum during regular business hours.

Cancellation Policy:

Full Museum Rental: Cancellations within 3 weeks will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the total rental cost. Any time period less than these, client will forfeit the entire agreed upon fee for rental. Cancellations with time periods more than 3 weeks for the full museum venue will be subject to a full refund.

Gordon Pirkle Room: Cancellations within 2 weeks will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the total rental cost. Any time period less than these, client will forfeit the entire agreed upon fee for rental. Cancellations with time periods more than 2 weeks for the Gordon Pirkle Room will be subject to a full refund.
